Learn a little more about the people, who collectively we call "the team."

  • Jp Roberts

    Jp Roberts

    Owner, Project Manager

I consider myself an entrepreneur and love to connect with others to help 'persuade' them into making their ideas come to fruition, and sometimes that involves a service that I can provide. Other times, it involves just talking for hours on end. Ultimately I believe you can have all the greatest ideas in the world, but they don't have any value unless you 'do' something to breathe life into them. Period.

When I'm not talking or thinking about work-related projects, I have ventures of my own that keep me busy. Outside of work, I am a St. Louis Rams fanatic (we've seen better years), listen to Ben Harper music (go check it out), and love Apple computers (my livelihood revolves around a Macbook). I have had many unique experiences traveling around the US and abroad, like watching my life flash before my eyes on a motorcycle tour through Vietnam. A little brush with death every now and then helps fuel my passion to learn and grow.... so I'm often planning my next trip before I land on my home turf!

  • Karen Herring

    Karen Herring

    Bookkeeper, Editor, Virtual Assistant

I'm the chick everyone loves to hate . . . my primary responsibility is handling accounts payable.  It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it!  Actually, I'm a Virtual Assistant - I dabble in a bit of everything.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management from Auburn University, and I hold several certifications in Business Writing, Typing, Quickbooks, and Office Procedures.  My slight ADD tendency goes hand-in-hand with working on a variety of projects at one time - I'm never bored!

When I'm not at my desk (or playing Webkinz), I'm running a taxi service for my four kids.  Between school, scouts, ballet, and TaeKwonDo, (Watch it!  My 10-year-old is a black belt!) I hardly have time to get to my Kettlebell workout, cross-stitch child #3's Christmas stocking, peel the wallpaper off the kids' bathroom walls, and bathe the 110 lb. Great Dane (aptly named Tiny)!  When we need a break from reality, we all head to Disney World for a week in the most magical place in the world.  A little Mickey and some pixie dust goes a long way!

  • Shamz Sharaf

    Shamz Sharaf

    System Analyst

I began as a Win32 Application Developer in the late 90's, and I then switched to Web upon realizing its potential to reach the masses. Over the years as a web savvy, I've taken different roles from requirements-gathering to system analysis to architecture design to coding to testing to deployment and sometimes to accounts manager. Currently I am more interested in the analysis side of large scale web applications.  I have a Masters Degree in Computer Science and hold various Microsoft certifications.

I love traveling when I'm not working, and these travels have developed my recent interest in photography.  In my down time, you might even catch me murmuring nursery rhymes or watching cartoons with my kid.

  • Kevin Henderson

    Kevin Henderson

    Project Manager

I'm passionate about technology and the businesses that it supports.  I've been working in the technology field for more than ten years in various capacities from Software Developer to IT Program and Project Manager.  I hold various business and IT certifications including Microsoft Certified Professional, Six Sigma Greenbelt, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

I've been a Dallas Cowboys fan since my youth, so I'd venture to say they are my favorite team.  I'm also an avid reader of books, magazines and blogs, mostly about technology and personal development (my inbox is constantly filled with email newsletters and blog posts).  I'm quite the "techie" and have to have the newest and neatest gadgets out there!  I'm an organization and personal development fanatic, consistently trying to further improve my skills and organize my life.  I think it may have become a slight obsession . . . . I think I'll go organize my inbox some more!

  • Maya Aujla

    Maya Aujla

    Senior Graphic Designer

Art has always been a passion in my life, from painting classes as a child to creating logos and websites as my career. I graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia. I had a desire to take my talents to new heights, so I enrolled in the Masters Program at Utrecht Graduate School of Visual Art and Design in the Netherlands. I've spent the last six years expanding my creativity in the design field, while working in international markets... and I've loved every minute of it!

Fine art photography has also become one of my favorite hobbies as well as another professional skill, that I can offer clients. I am a huge fan of Apple computers, and I'm out to convert the world into a Mac planet (I've already successfully converted my entire family, so look out - you may be next!). When I'm not sitting in front of a computer, I enjoy playing tennis and golf. I also have soft spot for dogs, and love taking my Rottweilers (Katrina and Samantha) for long walks.

  • Sony Raghu

    Sony Raghu

    Senior Web Developer

As a technical architect and software developer, I have a passion and an aptitude for understanding the use of technology to achieve the desired results. I have a Masters Degree in Computer Science and hold various Microsoft certifications.  My experience with software development has included VB, VC, C# and frameworks like DotNet, Zend, scripting languages and such practices as object-oriented design of loosely-coupled systems. Over the years, I have learned the value of collaboration and teamwork and the necessity of focusing relentlessly on the outcomes of development projects, rather than the technologies used to achieve them.

While away from projects, you may catch me watching/playing cricket.

  • Manu Muhamed

    Manu Muhamed

    Senior UI Developer

Since 2003, I have worked as an User Interface (UI) developer. My skills include, but are not limited to: XHTML/CSS, Content Management Systems, jQuery and (Rich Internet Applications) RIA . My current passion is Magento, and I have been immersed in the Magento world since the fall of 2008. I have a Masters Degree in Computer Science and hold various Microsoft certifications.

I am a total web geek. I am constantly keeping up with what is going on in the web development industry by reading blogs, listening to podcasts, and watching videos. I love every O’Reilly book ever written. Oh the list could go on . . .  I'm really not sure how I got this nerdy - even my friends don’t really get what I do.

  • Beth Wallace

    Beth Wallace

    Project Manager

I'm a natural Project Manager; nothing makes me happier than seeing a project through to completion. I'm as easy going as it gets (until there's a deadline), then I pull out the whip! I enjoy getting things right, seeing things through, and making people happy. Perfect PM, right?

My life is my work - whether managing multiple projects, designing, illustrating, or painting, I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't love it! Being passionate about technology and design is great, but disconnecting and soaking up nature is just as important to me. To balance and stay focused, I enjoy yoga practice, heading up to the mountains for some hiking with my husband and black lab, and depending on the season, snowboarding, biking and jogging.
